Whenever possible, we ensure monthly rents are collected by means of Pre-Authorized Payment, whereby we automatically deduct the rent directly from each tenant’s bank account on the first of each month. Such a system also allows us to monitor delinquent rents more promptly, thereby ensuring owners are not inconvenienced with cash flow issues.
